fish special

A Japanese globe fish or puffer fish, eaten as a delicacy at special restaurants, cooked or in small slices, raw. Parts of this white fish are poisonous and cause instant death. Only restaurant staff who have passed the official examination and have a special licence are allowed to prepare it.
