Emanuel Ax - Awards and Recognitions

Pianist, born in Lvov (Lwow), Poland. He studied at the Juilliard School and made his New York debut in 1973. He went on to become one of the most popular soloists and recitalists of his generation, his repertoire encompassing classics to moderns.
